PARTNERSHIPS
The organizations we work with to give Team Network members more education, better tools and more ways to grow.
Referrals are what our teams do best, but referrals alone will only take a business so far. Members also need to sharpen how they sell, market themselves and run the day to day, and that is where the right partner can create real value.
We are actively seeking partners in three areas. Education: training, workshops and coaching that make our members better operators. Marketing: the tools, platforms and expertise that put members in front of more of the right people. Sales: the systems and skills that turn conversations into signed work. If your organization does one of those things well and wants access to an engaged community of business owners across Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC, we should talk.
A good partnership here is not a logo swap. It is a genuine offer that helps our members scale their businesses and make more money, and a direct line into a network that will actually use it.
Your Business Incubator is a nonprofit built on a straightforward idea: connect people, resources and money for everyday entrepreneurs. Based in Vienna, Virginia and expanding into Montgomery County with a North Bethesda location, YBI works with solopreneurs, first-time founders, contractors, consultants and small businesses that want to turn ideas into income without paying agency prices.
Its flagship platform, the Incubator Hub AI CRM, organizes contacts, automates email and text follow-up, manages sales pipelines and runs AI voice agents that answer calls around the clock. It connects to the tools small businesses already use, including Stripe, QuickBooks and Shopify. Alongside the technology, YBI runs workshops and events, maintains a Verified Vendors network of vetted providers and offers free consultations.
That same technology sits behind a good deal of Team Network’s own infrastructure. YBI helped us build out the customer relationship management and email marketing systems that carry our member communications and monthly newsletters, so the network runs on the platform we recommend.
Going forward, YBI plans to extend those tools and consultations to Team Network members directly: marketing automation, AI assistance and practical business coaching aimed at helping members run leaner and grow revenue.
Pioneer Office Suites calls itself Bethesda’s trusted office solution, and it is also the building Team Network calls home. Our office at 6903 Rockledge Drive is a Pioneer suite, which is where the relationship started.
Pioneer covers three things small businesses in Montgomery County consistently need. Dedicated offices run from 80 to 200 square feet, fully furnished and available for immediate occupancy on terms from one to twenty-four months, so a growing business is never locked into a lease that outlasts its plans. Meeting rooms and day offices are available around the clock and seat up to twenty people, which makes them useful for a team meeting, a client presentation or a board session without paying to hold space all year. Virtual office packages provide a professional Bethesda address and a live receptionist who answers with a customized greeting and screens calls, for owners who work remotely but would rather not hand out a home address.
Tenants also get a full kitchen and free coffee, high-speed internet, fitness center access and a bike share program.
For members who need a professional place to meet clients, host a small event or finally move out of the home office, Pioneer is worth a conversation.
If you offer education, marketing or sales support that would genuinely help business owners grow, Curt Kowalski would like to hear from you. Call 301-260-0060 or email to start the conversation.
