Both. B2B members such as commercial real estate agents, business bankers, CPAs, IT firms and business attorneys trade introductions to decision makers. B2C members such as contractors, realtors, financial advisers and wellness professionals get referred into fellow members personal networks.

Where do teams meet, and do I have to attend in person?

Teams across Montgomery County and Northern Virginia generally meet from 8:00 to 9:30 am with open networking beforehand. The usual pattern is one in-person meeting in your team territory during the first week of the month, with multi-team Zoom meetings on the other weeks.

What happens if someone in my industry has already taken the seat on the team I want?

That category is closed on that team, but openings move. Team Network runs teams across Bethesda, Rockville, Frederick, Baltimore, Alexandria, Tysons, Vienna, Reston, Fairfax and the Dulles corridor, and members may visit other teams where their category is open with the captain permission.
