GAITHERSBURG & UPPER MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND
A weekly morning referral team serving the Crown, Gaithersburg, Germantown and upper Montgomery County business community.
Casey Aiken — Team Captain
Moses & Aiken, LLC
Phone: 301-351-9716
The Crown district and the wider Gaithersburg and Germantown corridor have grown into one of the most active small-business areas in upper Montgomery County. Home services, healthcare practices, legal and financial professionals, contractors and independent retailers all serve an expanding residential base along the I-270 spine.
Meeting every week rather than twice a month is a deliberate choice. Weekly contact is what turns a room of acquaintances into a group that actually understands your business well enough to refer it accurately.

It is a deliberate choice. Weekly contact is what turns a room of acquaintances into a group that genuinely understands each other businesses. Fortnightly groups can work, but the gap between meetings makes it harder to build the familiarity that accurate referrals depend on.
Only one business per category sits on the team. Call 301-260-0060 or request an invite and we will check. If Crown Area Connectors is full in your category, Bethesda Rockville Rainmakers also serves Montgomery County and may have it open.
Only one business per category sits on this team. Come as a guest, see how the room works, and find out whether your seat is still available. Your first 30 days cost nothing.
